Drone Services
At Central High Rise Ltd we pride ourselves on our innovative and forward thinking approach to working at height. As such we are pleased to offer our clients a unique opportunity to view their assets and buildings through drone technology. Authorised by the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), we can offer visual condition inspections as well as aerial radiometric infrared condition inspections by CAA qualified night pilots.
By utilising state of the art technology we now have the ability to glean a whole new perspective on buildings, structures and environments. We are able to access areas that are unobtainable to operatives whilst simultaneously maintaining and improving health and safety standards, increasing site security and reducing the environmental impact of workers at height.
Aerial visual condition inspections provide an increased speed of data capture and high quality image results. With the use of the data collected our clients will be able to make informed decisions regarding their assets, access evidential data for the completion of works and use the images as marketing material.
Our qualified pilots are able to identify latent defects that cannot be identified by the naked eye through the use of thermal imaging. With this technology we are able to aid clients in prioritising areas of repair and rapidly diagnose and highlight damage. We provide ITC qualified thermographer drone pilots who are able to determine details on areas that are otherwise incredibly dangerous for operatives to access at night.
With use of this technology we can provide our clients with safety, security and knowledge without the added risk.
