Lightning Protection Test Engineer

Full Time

Salary: Above Industry Rate of Pay

Location: London

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Lightning Protection Test Engineer.

Reporting to the Contracts Manager, you will be required to carry out essential inspections. Whilst working with safety and integrity at all times.

You will be required to carry out Lightning Protection Testing in accordance to both BS EN 62305 and BS 6651 according to individual job specifications, following instructions on the method statement and risk assessment.

Complete detailed on site reports via Electronic means

The ability to work away from home when required is essential and will be needed on a regular basis.

We are currently looking for an experienced Steeplejack Mate/Rope Access Technician.

You will be required to attend our Nottingham offices on a regular basis and will be instructed to carry out a variety of work at height, according to individual job specifications, following instructions on the method statement and risk assessment. You will be required to work at various sites nationwide.

Contracts Co-ordinator

Full Time

Salary: Range £21,000 to £28,000 DOE

Location: Nottingham

The Role

To act as a point of contact for the Contracts Office general enquiries. The post holder will have a keen attention to detail coupled with strong organisational skills. Focused on good customer service, working efficiently and responsively when dealing with clients.

A dedicated team player, with an aptitude to form positive working relationships within the Contracts team and the wider organisation. Have a ‘can do ‘attitude when faced with new challenges and ability to work to tight deadlines under pressure. Take ownership of continuous personal development and the development of the contracts department.

Main duties:

  • Maintaining training records for site operatives and office staff, including training summaries, matrices, feedback forms and training dockets
  • Maintaining and completing vetting records
  • Booking training courses and applying for any available grants
  • Booking accommodation for site operatives and creating a database of accommodations for potential use
  • Booking in of jobs
  • Maintain medical records for all relevant operatives
  • Process completed site documentation and data inputting

Requirements

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified to GCSE level (or equivalent) including Maths and English Language
  • Experience in working to tight deadlines
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in spreadsheets and data inputting into databases
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent administrative, organisational and time management skills with the ability to work to demanding deadlines
  • Ability to plan and organise own workload in order to consistently meet deadlines, often under pressure

The Role

We are looking to recruit an experienced Sales Manager to take lead and help drive our continued business success

You will be responsible for the achievement of the company sales targets.

You will be responsible for future growth of new business and the progression of our existing clients in terms of building and maintaining relationships whilst delivering excellent customer satisfaction.

You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring new/existing client portals.

You will be responsible for the management and completion of approved lists and PQQ’s.

Reporting to the Senior Board the Sales Manager is responsible for delivering company sales, budgets and forecast revenues, market needs and identifying new opportunities where there is market demand for the Company to provide services.

You will generate new business opportunities and develop growth strategies.

You will develop and maintain our CRM and leads to drive growth.
