Office Administrator

Full Time

Salary: From £26,436.80 to £28,308.80 per annum

Location: Nottingham NG2 3GA

Central High Rise Ltd is currently seeking a reliable and highly organised Office Administrator to join our friendly team within our Nottingham offices. This is a key office-based role supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the admin and contracts department. The successful candidate will deliver outstanding customer service, demonstrate excellent communication skills whilst working with a responsible, responsive, and professional attitude at all times.

The applicant is required to be fully computer literate with efficient experience in working within a professional office environment. The position requires an individual that is competent at data entry, self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines.

Main duties include:

  • Processing completed site documentation, including checking and scanning of forms.
  • Downloading completed site documentation from SharePoint, check and organize all site images onto the company system in a timely manner.
  • Updating and maintaining operations workflow for all relevant jobs.
  • Consistently populate the PPM planner in a timely manner.
  • Handle telephone calls and queries.
  • Maintain and update the database of clients, including addresses, telephone numbers and any other appropriate information on the current system.

Requirements

Essential Criteria

  • Qualified to GCSE level (or equivalent) including Maths and English
  • At least 2 years’ experience of working in a professional administrative role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Fully computer literate, with confidence using Microsoft Office and office systems
  • Highly organised, efficient, and detail-oriented
  • Competent at data entry with a high level of accuracy
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Able to prioritise tasks and manage own workload

Desirable

  • Experience in working within Lightning Protection and/or Steeplejack industry
  • NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Business Administration

Steeplejack/Lightning Protection Mate

Salary: Salary range: from £33,046.00 to £33,904.00 per annum

Location: Nottingham based however, job requires regular travel.

You will be required to assist and follow instructions as given by the steeplejack / Lightning Protection Foreman working at various sites nationwide.

The ability to work away from home when required is essential and will be needed on a regular basis.

  • Valid CSCS card, safety passport or working at height competency

  • Willingness to learn and develop within the company
  • UK driving licence
  • Valid passport

Desirable

  • NVQ Level 2 qualified or equivalent
